MATHS CLINIC
Introduction: Maths clinic is when students independently come in to a support class session just to either catch up with work or do extra work on a different maths topic as a challenge.

L.O.'s:
-
LO1 - I had to identify which topics were my weakest and worked on it so that during class time I would be able to solve the exercises.
-
LO2 - When there isn't much class work to catch up on, I would challenge myself to work on different types of maths questions on Khan Academy to acquire new skills on different areas.

TERM 3
Monday, April 4, 2016
I studied linear equation word problems, linear inequality word problems and graphing linear equations today during Maths clinic today, as these are topics that are likely to come up on the SAT that I will be taking in a month from now. I was able to practice 10-15 questions per topic to get more of a hang to the structure of the questions asked. For questions I was stuck on, I would be able to ask the teacher in charge of the club to help me figure out how to get the final answer.
Monday, May 2, 2016
I revised Maths for my SAT again, specifically ratios, percentages, linear and exponential growth, and scatterplots. I was able to complete 20 questions in khan academy that session, with some help from Mr. Taylor.
